What happens: We record your request, verify account ownership before deleting anything, resolve open visits or disputes, and review applicable legal or accounting retention. We do not delete an account just because someone enters its email here.
Submit a request
Use the email address on your PlugWeb account. You may also ask a privacy question. Do not submit Aadhaar numbers, passwords or payment card details.
Requests are reviewed by a human operator. We will contact the account email to verify ownership. Submission does not sign you out or instantly erase an account.
What is removed or retained
After verification, we remove or de-identify profile, saved vehicle, listing and other account data where possible. Booking, billing, payment, security and dispute records may be retained for applicable legal, accounting and fraud prevention needs. We will explain the action taken and any remaining data. Backup copies expire on the operator’s rotation schedule.
