Start with your actual vehicle.
Save your make, model, variant and year. PlugWeb uses its reviewed connector profile to narrow the charger list. You can keep multiple cars and change your default before the next trip. For unreviewed vehicles, we pause automated matching until the profile is checked.
Know the stop before you commit.
Compare the plug type, charger power, host hours, parking, price per kWh and existing reserved slots. A request is sent to the host; the host decides whether to accept. The private address and arrival instructions appear after acceptance.
Finish on a measured bill.
After arrival, use the visit checkout and share the arrival code with the host. The host records the starting and ending meter readings. You can review the energy and cost, raise a dispute if needed and settle by an available payment method. Online payment appears only when the operator has configured a live gateway.
A match is not a promise of charging. Check your inlet, cable, vehicle limits and the host’s equipment before plugging in. Do not travel on a critically low battery based only on a pending request.
